Dramatis Personae

I make more than occasional references to people in my life – current and past.  Those of you who didn’t happen to catch the posts where they were introduced (and even those of you who did) might enjoy a crash-course in Who What When Where Why and How.  Updated June 2023.

The Lunar Shenanigans Crew

Aradia – my primary partner and priestess. Brilliant at tarot, potions, and visionary work. My right hand during the days of the Sacred Experience Comittee. Former VP of HSA. Member of the Lunar Shenanigans Crew and Kansas City Sorcerous Arts Collective.

Alvianna – Devotional polytheist with strong Hellenic leanings. Member of the Lunar Shenanigans crew and the Kansas City Sorcerous Arts Collective.

Chirotus – a magician from the failed psuedo-coven.  I originally knew him from the KU Cauldron.  My Keeper of Water in the HSA Sacred Experience Committee.  Chaos magician.  Poet.  Member of the Lunar Shenanigans crew and the Kansas City Sorcerous Arts Collective.

Corvis – a friend made at a local coffee shop.  Helped on-site with rituals at HPF 2017.  Poet.  Occasional model.  Member of the Lunar Shenanigans crew.

Juniper – a friend made while networking with fellow KC Pagan leaders. Former head of Kansas City Witches’ Meetup. Member of the Lunar Shennanigans Crew.

Kraken – best friend in KC.  Ecclectic witch.  Poet.  Painter.  Novelist.  Occasional model.  Member of the Lunar Shenanigans crew.

Wandering Woman – ecclectic witch with her fingers in many pies. Member of the Lunar Shenanigans Crew.

The Proto-Coven of Doom

Aidan – fiery witchling, husband to Pasiphae.  Started working with Aradia, Pasiphae, and I shortly before the pseudo-coven failed. Ultimately left our social circle when I called him on his bullshit one too many times.

D – one of my oldest magical friends, dating back to HPF2000 or 2001. Also a member of the failed pseudo-coven. Identified as Christo-Pagan the last time we talked. Ultimately left our social circle when the group broke up.

Pasiphae – earth-goddess kitchen-witch type from the failed psuedo-coven.  My Keeper of Earth at HPF 2015-16. Ultimately left our social circle when we called her husband on his bullshit one too many times.

Whytar – ceremonialist from the failed pseudo-coven.  Computer techie who apparently decided that the internet sucked once HTML got too complicated and doesn’t participate in social media or blogs.  Can’t say he made the wrong choice.

Wicca-Pagan Alliance and KU Cauldron

Alopex – an old friend from the KU Cauldron days.

B – a psychic vampire who haunted the KU Cauldron during my time there.

Ginko – a good friend from the early days of the KU Cauldron who now lives with their wife in Chicago.  Talks to trees.  I officiated the (legal) wedding.

Squirrel – a good friend from the early days of the KU Cauldron who now lives with her spouse in Chicago.  Dedicated to Brigid.  I officiated the (legal) wedding.

Others

Firebird – a friend of Aradia’s who visited us once to attend the KC Renaissance Faire.

Kunikla – a ritualist who worked under me in the Sacred Experience Committee.

Medeia – one of my first magical teachers, from back in the high school days at the Java Break.  Dragon-blooded druid who should fucking contact me if she ever stumbles across this blog.

Sannafrid – my partner at the Sunrise Temple.  Devotee of Hel and Freya.  Has moved on to bigger and better things out on the Left Coast.

Sthenno – ceremonialist I met in college.  Pointed me to many of the magical highlights of my blogroll.

Vulpes – former member of both my Sacred Experience Committee and personal working group.  Modeled for me on a couple occasions.  Solitary practitioner.
