The image of the Moon, according to the opinion of Mercurius, is the shape of a woman with a beautiful face, encircled by a dragon, with horns on her head, encircled by two snakes (on her head there are two snakes and on each arm a snake is entwined); above her head there is one dragon and another beneath her feet; each of these dragons has seven heads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At long last, I have completed a Picatrix Image of the Moon. In doing no, I now have one complete set of Picatrix planetary images. (And, because I’ve already doubled up on a few planets, I’m already about half way to a second complete set.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I can’t textually justify my decision to escalate the Picatrix description of a woman with horns to a faun\/satyr. That was just where the vibes took me.
