3 cups dark red kidney beans (~1.5 lbs)<\/p>\n

4 cups rice<\/p>\n

1.5 lbs Cajun sausage<\/p>\n

3 lbs small onions<\/p>\n

4 sticks celery<\/p>\n

1 clove elephant garlic<\/p>\n

1 bell peppers<\/p>\n

1 jalape\u00f1o<\/p>\n

3 bay leaves<\/p>\n

2 tbs paprika<\/p>\n

1 tsp pepper<\/p>\n

1 tsp sea salt<\/p>\n

1 tsp worcestershire sauce<\/p>\n

1 tsp habanero hot sauce <\/p>\n

(Grossly oversimplified, use your favorite search engine as needed)<\/p>\n

Soak and cook beans.  Finely dice all vegetables.  When ready and add the sausage, vegetables, \"IMG_5514\"<\/a>herbs, spices, and sauce.  Cook for one hour while you prepare the rice.<\/p>\n

Serve with beer and corn bread at a 1.5:1 rice to bean goo ratio.<\/p>\n
